Julian started his career at GNI Ltd in 1982 where he spent 15 years working in and eventually running their Financial Futures division. In 2001, after the sale of the company to Old Mutual, he was appointed CEO of GNI, which employed over 450 staff globally at that time. In 2002, GNI was sold to Man Financial and in 2003 Julian left to become CEO of Fleming Capital Management, a hedge fund seeding platform established by Fleming Family and Partners, the largest multi-family office in the UK. FCM built AUM to c. $500m by 2008 in 4 equity long/short funds but in 2012, a strategic change of direction led to the business being closed and Julian became a consultant to FF&P Corporate Advisory Group. In 2015, following the merger of FF&P with Stonehage, Julian left to establish his own consultancy business, focussing on aiding smaller companies with their strategic direction and capital raising. In 2019, Julian joined London and Oxford Group as Chairman.
Paul spent the first part of his career working for large financial institutions, namely the Bank of America NT&SA and Swiss Bank Corporation where, at the time of leaving, he was the Head of Special Transactions. While establishing London & Oxford Group as a niche investment banking operation, he has been responsible for several ground-breaking transactions and has built up many senior level contacts within the investment banking and asset management sector. He graduated from The Queen’s College, University of Oxford with an MA in Chemistry.
Sijia is the Director of London & Oxford Group and is the key investment banking contact serving Chinese private companies and high net worth individuals. Previously, she was Head of Asian Markets at Valbury Capital. Sijia graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with an MSc in International Finance.
Endre Sagi is founder and general partner at Inference Partners. Inference Partners is an independent technology investment firm exclusively focused on early stage infrastructure software investments. Key focus areas include data & machine learning infrastructure, cybersecurity, capital markets & payment infrastructure and blockchain technologies.
Endre holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science with specialization in Data Science from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and an MBA from London Business School with a specialization in Finance and Private Equity.
Hammer is a senior adviser to the London and Oxford group of companies and has over 26 years of industry experience working for one of the largest global investment and construction groups, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
His expertise extends to Construction, Infrastructure Investment, as well as Property and Investment management, and has worked in numerous markets including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, UAE and the UK.
Hammer has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Automation, as well as International Project Management, from Tianjin University, China.
He also holds numerous industry qualifications and certifications issued by the Ministry of Construction P.R.China and the Construction Industry Training Authority of Hong Kong.
Jack Lang is a serial entrepreneur and Business Angel. He is also the former chairman of the Raspberry Pi Foundation and was part of the original Pi Team.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Sciences at Cambridge, was an affiliated lecturer in the Computer Laboratory at the University of Cambridge, a Director of Studies in Management and a By Fellow at Emmanuel College.
Jack is also the author of ‘The High-Tech Entrepreneurs Handbook’. He includes molecular gastronomy among his many interests outside of the boardroom or the classroom.
Dylan Tudor-Williams is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years experience in real estate, primarily Investment Management on behalf of International Institutions and UHNWI’s. Director at BNP Paribas, Partner at Strutt & Parker working within Property Wealth Management. Extensive experience in real estate investment, finance, corporate structuring, portfolio and asset management across all commercial sectors.Dylan graduated from Kingston University and holds a post graduate Diploma in Investment & Portfolio Management from the IPF and University of Cambridge.

A seasoned banker with over 20 years’ experience in cross-border deals and project financing, including a number of significant real estate transactions. He has an extensive network of high-level contacts in the Far East and South East Asia. He graduated from National University of Singapore with a B.R. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Formerly an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and with 15 years of banking and property experience with other institutions including Paribas in London, Paris, New York, Prague and Moscow, Emmanuel graduated from HEC Paris with a Major in Finance. Emmanuel’s experience and skills set is wide ranging and includes advisory and board roles with a number of listed companies.
Henry has more than 30 years investment experience working for a number of brokerage firms. He has extensive and professional investment research experience, paying special attention to consumer equities, small and medium-sized enterprises, AIM financing, and he has a deep understanding on legal regulatory framework. Henry graduated from The Queen’s College, University of Oxford with an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and holds a Law degree from the University of London.
Dr Chaiyakorn Yingsaeree
At London & Oxford Group, Chaiyakorn is responsible for fund and quantitative risk management. He worked at the US hedge fund Citadel in New York where he was responsible for high frequency trading and arbitrage strategies, as well as software development. Dr Yingsaeree graduated with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University College London.
Ben-Hur Baraki
Ben has considerable experience in commercial and residential property sales, asset management and off market development projects. A senior commercial investment manager with a Canary Wharf estate agency for the past seven years, Ben is an excellent communicator driven by business needs and experienced in innovative business solutions.
A passionate believer in UK-Asia relations, with a particular interest in China, Piers focuses on London & Oxford’s business development and client relationships, both within the Family Office division as well as the Real Estate arm. Before joining London & Oxford, Piers spent a period of time living and working in China. A graduate of the University of Edinburgh and Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Fabian is a modern digital strategist, technologist focusing on human brilliance experience design and futurism sensory AI experiences.
His core experience includes being the Global Managing Director/Board of an A.I. US$300M Tech Fund, Chief Marketing Officer/Board of an Enterprise A.I. Company (US$350M) invested by Byte Dance, Deloitte Digital’s Managing Partner, and was a Global Client Service Partner, Global Markets Partner at Ernst & Young in London. He was also the Executive Creative Director for a global top 5 creative agency in Asia, and the Chief Creative Officer at a FTSE250 $4Billion listed company in the United Kingdom.
In his 25+ years of professional experience, he led in multiple global digital strategy and transformation projects for customer strategy, digital marketing, m-commerce, experience, data and AI. Projects included leveraging micro-services, APIs integration, business intelligence, and leveraging SaaS based digital products to optimize experience and cost base. His sector specialism is in TMT, Fast Retail and FMCG.
Fabian also presented on various high-profile customer experience, ethical experience, digital leadership, diversity, and sensory AI experience topics on various digital channels such as UK Tech Retail Week, LinkedIn, Critical Eye and YouTube. In addition, Fabian is an avid speaker on the global circuit where he has presented to global companies such as SONY, HP, Huawei, etc., and to the Head of States from China, Russia, France, and EU country ministers on digital and M&A related topics.
At London Oxford Group, Fabian is responsible for the Technology Advisory and Accelerator business unit where he is focused on investing, scale-up and digital accelerating the last 1% to growth for growth-stage companies.
His core experience includes being the Global Managing Director/Board of an A.I. US$300M Tech Fund, Overseas Markets/Board of an Enterprise A.I. Company (US$350M) invested by Byte Dance.
As a 25+ year veteran in technology, he was previously the CEO of Alibaba Cloud in EMEA region, and member of Alibaba Group Management Committee. Also, as the country leader for Huawei Italy, France, and Global Account Leader for Hutchison, Tyler had first-hand practices in growing the business from 0 to 1, managing multi-cultural teams, solving Go-To-Market problems, and scaling up technology businesses to greater than USD 1B.
In addition, Tyler led successfully highly complex digital venture models which includes media, new retail and fintech solutions. Tyler is also very active on the global speaking circuit advising the strength of the blending of the Eastern and Western digital models.
