London & Oxford sign new tenant for 4 Moorgate

London and Oxford are pleased to announce the successful letting of the 3rd floor of 4 Moorgate to LRQA, a leading global assurance provider.

A brand-new CAT A+ fit-out was created for the 2,871 sq ft space, including the installation of new M&E to enhance the ESG credentials of the building, which is part of the wider strategy for 4 Moorgate.

The floor was let prior to practical completion, which is a testament to the quality of the end product.

The leasing agents, Avison Young and Knight Frank were instrumental in ensuring the success of the transaction.
